Returns and exchanges

Our guarantee means that you can return your item/s to get a refund of the purchase price or exchange if you're not happy.

Returns need to be made within 14 days of delivery, with proof of purchase and items returned in the same condition in which you received them. This is in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

Faulty Items:

If you discover a fault with your item, please contact us at so we may organise to replace or refund your purchase.

Items damaged during delivery:

If your item appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact us at asap to organise a refund,exchange to the same value or replacement.
